Wir waren letztens in der Schnitzel Factory Essen. Es war ganz ausgezeichnet. Die schenken dort Wein aus echten alten Kruegen aus. Einfach Original und toll.

My name is Randy German, and I know german Food.
I have been to the Schnitzel Factory many times!
I am here to say, that I have never been disappointed with the authentic german Food at the Schnitzel Factory!

I eat the sauerbraten with potato dumplings and red cabbage and my wife the jager schnitzel and a side of the german potato salad and spaetzle.
It was just great like my grandma made. Very tasty and a very large portion of meat. It was very tender. I tried the spaetzle from my wife. They are homemade and taste wonderfull.
The waitress was very friendly. Then I tried the german beer and this was really good. For dessert we have a black forest cake. I guess I gain 5 pound more weight when I left. I will be back next weekend with my family.

Everything is very much home made and is as authentic as can be.

I personaly know people that comne all the way from Tampa to try out the restaurant, they have a marvelous reputation, I can only recomend all people from Ocala to support this great authentic restaurant.
